Terms of Service

1. The service

AI Media Holdings LLC ("we", "us") operates the @AI™ media platform, studio tools, and content library (the "Service"). By creating an account or purchasing a plan you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and its activity. You must be at least 18 to create an account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of media you upload. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and deliver your files as you direct (including via share links you create). You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload.

4. Acceptable use

• No content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• No unlawful, abusive, or exploitative content of any kind.
• No attempts to bypass storage quotas, scanning, or access controls.

Uploaded files are screened against known-abuse databases before they can be shared. Files that fail screening are blocked and may be reported to the authorities as required by law.

5. Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. Strikes accrue from valid takedown notices and confirmed acceptable-use violations; see our DMCA policy for the notice process.

6. Fees

Paid plans and packages are billed through Stripe at the prices shown on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Media Holdings LLC disclaims implied warranties and limits its aggregate liability to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

8. Governing law
