What we collect

• Account details: name, email, authentication data.
• Content you upload and metadata about it (type, size, share status).
• Billing details, processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, device and browser type.

How we use it

To operate the @AI™ platform: storing and delivering your media, processing payments, preventing abuse, and improving the Service. We do not sell personal information.

Processors

We use vetted processors to run the Service: authentication, payments (Stripe), file storage and delivery (Cloudflare), hosting (Vercel), and error monitoring. Each receives only the data needed for its function.

Retention and deletion

Your content stays until you delete it or close your account. Deleting an asset removes it from storage; residual copies in backups expire on their rotation schedule. Transaction records are kept as required for tax and accounting.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal information from account settings or by writing to sales@aiontiktok.com. We honor applicable state privacy rights, including those under Florida and California law.
